1. SCOPE OF THE HUMBLE VENTURE GROUP MEDIA APS PLATFORM
1.1 Humble Venture Group Media ApS provides a platform that enables businesses and individuals (referred to as "Clients") to access and engage with digital marketing and business services, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, web design, automation, development amongst other services.

1.2 The primary purpose of the Platform is to connect Clients with our digital expertise and services to help them achieve their marketing goals.

1.3 Clients engaging with the Platform may seek services including, but not limited to, project scoping, campaign management, performance analysis, and consultation regarding digital marketing strategies.

2. ACCESSING THE HUMBLE VENTURE GROUP MEDIA APS PLATFORM
2.1 Terms Specific to Clients:
2.1.1 By using our Platform, you, as a Client, agree to these Terms and any other guidelines, requests, and rules we may set forth from time to time. You agree to cooperate with us in good faith.
2.1.2 We will provide services to Clients based on the agreed upon scope, which will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
2.1.3 We will not be liable for the specific results of the digital services, as the outcomes are dependent on various factors. We do our best to deliver on the agreed upon scope. We do, however, strive to provide high-quality services and work with Clients to achieve their goals.
2.1.4 We may provide recommendations for marketing, content and business strategies, but the final decision for implementation lies with the Client.
2.1.5 All information shared by Clients with Humble Venture Group Media ApS will be treated as confidential, except where we are required to disclose by law or if it is agreed with the Client.

3. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1 You agree that we may collect and use data related to your engagement with the Platform, including technical information, to improve our services, provide updates, and for our marketing efforts, subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 All parties agree to keep confidential any information received during the course of the Agreement. This includes but is not limited to contact information, pricing, and any other information marked as confidential.

3.3.3 You may not use the Platform for distributing unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").

3.3.10 You may not take any action that damages or adversely affects the performance of the Platform.
3.3.11 You may not offer any service that you do not have the right to provide.

6.3 In no event will Humble Venture Group Media ApS, nor any of its officers, employees, directors or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other similar damages, including lost profits, lost sales or business, or lost data related to the Terms and/or use of the platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. By agreeing to these terms, you recognize this limitation on our liability. Some jurisdictions may not allow this exclusion, therefore our liability may be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law in these regions.

6.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement, and supersede any prior agreements between you and Humble Venture Group Media ApS.

6.5 We may amend these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use the Platform following the effective date of any amendments, you are bound to these new terms.

6.6 If any provision in these Terms is held by a court to be unenforceable, it will be modified to be enforceable and not affect the rest of the terms.

6.7 The Parties are independent contractors and legal entities, and hence, these Terms do not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship.

6.8 The information on the Platform is updated periodically and we recommend checking for the latest information periodically.

6.9 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

6.10 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for any activities conducted through your account, unless they are unauthorized by you and you are not negligent.
